What a Session Looks Like
Each session is designed with you in mind… focused on where you are now and where you want to be.
We begin with a conversation, discussing what it is you have come for and get an understanding of whether this is a specific phobia or more anxiety related (this will mean you need bucket emptying before tackling the phobia)… next we will look at removing the emotion from an event that caused anxiety from the phobia (you can choose what you want to revisit – this is called a Rewind), we then look at reframing the templates in your brain with a positive new template that allows you to feel a sense of achievement (you can choose how you want this to play out – this is called a Reframe). We focus on solutions, not the fear itself, and explore how you’d like to feel when facing that situation however we do not to revisit the phobia to de-sensitise the phobia during the Rewind.
Then, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing hypnotic trance… a calm, focused state where your subconscious mind can absorb new, positive messages and suggestions. Hypnosis allows us to reprogram automatic responses and reinforce feelings of control and confidence.
