Fees, Payment & Cancellations

Your time, your healing, and your wellbeing matter deeply… and so does mine. As a hypnotherapist and energy practitioner, I hold space with intention, care, and preparation for every client. To ensure that this exchange remains respectful and energetically balanced, I’ve outlined a few simple policies around bookings, payments, and cancellations.

Session Fees

All session prices reflect not only the time spent in the room, but also the duration of training, care, and energy I bring to each treatment. This is a professional service designed to support you at the highest levels… mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically.

Payment Options

Payment is kindly requested on the day of your session, either:

• By card (contactless available)

• Or by cash

Payment confirms your time and helps us keep a clean, easy flow of energy around our work together. Thank you for understanding.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This gives me the opportunity to offer your space to someone else who may be in need.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will require full payment.

• No-shows will also be charged the full session fee.

I completely understand that life happens and in emergencies, I’ll always do my best to be understanding. But as a small business, last-minute cancellations can be very impactful. Thank you for respecting my time as I respect yours. 

A Note on Energy Exchange

Healing work is powerful, and it flows best when the exchange between client and therapist is balanced. Your financial contribution isn’t just a transaction, it is part of the energetic agreement that supports your transformation. When we honour that exchange, the healing work deepens.
