Reiki sessions

A Reiki session offers you a peaceful space to fully relax, restore, and reconnect with yourself. During the session, gentle energy work is used to help balance your mind, body, and emotions… promoting a deep sense of calm and well-being. You’ll remain fully clothed, lying comfortably, while I work intuitively to guide healing energy where it’s needed most.

Each session is a nurturing experience designed just for you, leaving you feeling lighter, more grounded, and refreshed.

Chakra Balance & Reset sessions

A Chakra Balance & Reset session is a gentle, restorative experience designed to bring your energy centres back into harmony. Using intuitive energy healing techniques, we’ll work to clear blockages and realign your chakras, helping you feel more balanced, grounded, and connected.

You’ll be held in a calm, supportive space where you can relax deeply and allow your body and mind to reset. Clients often leave feeling lighter, emotionally clearer, and more in tune with themselves.

Holistic Therapy sessions

Our holistic therapy sessions are all about giving you the time and space to fully unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you choose a soothing full body massage, a calming Indian head massage, or a nourishing facial, each treatment is tailored to support your well-being on every level… mind, body, and soul. These therapies work gently to ease tension, promote circulation, and restore your natural glow, all within a peaceful, nurturing environment. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and deeply cared for.

Fees

• All reiki sessions – £35.00 or £100.00 when you book a block of 4 sessions (to be paid in advance)
• Children reiki sessions – £35.00 per session or £100 per 4 sessions (to be paid in advance)
• Chakra Balance & Reset – £30.00
• Full Body Massage – £40.00
• Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage – £25.00
• Indian Head Massage – £25.00
• Facials – £25.00

Packages

• Full Body Massage & Facial or Indian Head Massage – £50.00 (saving £15)

Notes:  Fees are to be settled at the end of each session by cash or card (card payments accepted). Blocked booked sessions to be paid in advance and must be used within six months.

I require 48 hours notice for cancelled appointments and reserve the right to charge the full session fee outside of this notice period. Missed appointments will be charged at the full rate.

All fees paid are non-refundable.
