We’ll look at what’s gone well that week, an explanation of the brain which is tailored specifically to Performance Enhancement and then we will go through what you want your performance to look like and a small goal to get towards that overall goal… whether that’s during a match, a race, training, or recovery.

You’ll then be guided into a deeply relaxing hypnotic trance, a focused state where your mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions, mental rehearsal, and new, empowering beliefs.
