This website is operated by Ardor Healing & Hypnotherapy. By using this website and booking services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

Ardor Healing & Hypnotherapy provides:

  • Solution Focused Hypnotherapy
  • Energy Healing
  • Workshops and group sessions

All services are intended to support wellbeing and personal development.

3. Results Disclaimer

Individual results from hypnotherapy and wellness services vary from person to person. No specific outcomes or guarantees can be promised.

Success depends on many factors including commitment, participation, lifestyle, and personal circumstances.

4. Bookings & Payments

Fees are to be settled at the end of each session by cash or card (card payments accepted).

Blocked booked sessions to be paid in advance and must be used within six months.

5. Cancellation Policy

I require 48 hours notice for cancelled appointments and reserve the right to charge the full session fee outside of this notice period.

Missed appointments will be charged at the full rate.

All fees paid are non-refundable.

Workshops and group events may be non-refundable unless cancelled by myself.

6. Online Sessions

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • a stable internet connection
  • a safe and quiet environment
  • appropriate technology for online sessions

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by technical issues outside our control.

7. Confidentiality

All client information is treated confidentially in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection laws.

Information may only be disclosed where required by law or where there is concern for safety or risk of harm.

8. Intellectual Property
